This past Friday, I was invited to an intimate brunch with the Lincoln Motor Company team, where I was introduced to this gorgeous new 2017 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid.
After a delicious vegan brunch at Byblos Miami, my friend and I drove the 2017 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid over to Perez Art Museum of Miami for an exclusive tour. Thanks to Gallery Guide Thom Wheeler Castillo and local artist Victoria Gitman for taking the time to show us around. We learned a lot about how an artist gets her inspiration for design process. We were also joined by Lincoln Engineer Tom Ozog, who explained the artistry and composition elements that influenced the 2017 Lincoln MKZ.
The new Lincoln MKZ is designed to appeal to those who are looking for something different in the luxury market. Driving the new Lincoln MKZ is easier and more enjoyable. It has available adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go functionality that can automatically slow the car and resume higher speed when traffic clears. It was amazing to see how that car’s system activates the brakes automatically to bring the car to a complete stop if the driver fails to apply brakes in time.
There is also an auto hold feature that keeps the car at a complete stop without the driver having to press and hold the brake pedal. This definitely comes in handy while you’re driving through the crazy Miami traffic. The new face of Lincoln is highlighted by available adaptive LED headlamps that help deliver cleaner, clearer lighting for drivers, complemented by the all-new one-piece Lincoln signature grille.
While driving to the Perez Art Museum, my friend and I blasted some of our favorite Bollywood Music on the Revel Audio System. The sound system is so pure and clear, almost feels like you’re at a private VIP concert and all you hear is the music. The new 2017 Lincoln MKZ is simply an amazing work of art.
