About Miami Fashion Network –
Miami Fashion Network (MFN) was developed after years of recognizing the demand for a local resource that informs industry professionals as well as emerging talent of the tools necessary in their day-to-day design process. The concept consists of a database where the fashion inspired can research and locate specific needs, but also create a platform for local suppliers to promote services to a more targeted market. This all-in-one rolodex of essential information includes businesses that specialize in textiles and trims, pattern makers, showrooms, fit models, freelance designers, publications, studios, packaging, manufacturers, photographers & more.
From established and emerging fashion designers to entrepreneurs and hoteliers, over 200 of Miami’s tastemakers and fashion elite gathered to support including Christian Carabias, Jared Galbut, Mauricio Esquenazi, Dirk Goldwasser, Alan and Diane Lieberman, Lorie Lester, Sandi and Kailey Magder, Erin Newberg, Danny Santiago, Buzzy Sklar, Albert Trummer.
As a way to highlight its services and benefits, the evening paid homage to its sponsors and local businesses with product displays and sampling, including, Akerman Senterfitt, Jac Henri, Eaurugby, Noble Uniforms, Odubers, The Sophisticate in addition to LIQS cocktail shots and beats by DJs Ess & Emm

Shout out to Erika Rodriguez (@shinieshears) for my amazing hair styling for the event (I was honored with this complimentary service). I had about a thousand things to do that day. When I walked into the salon, Erika was just so courteous and completely accommodated to my schedule. Even with my limited time, she gave me the full service. From a fantastic shampoo and massage to a hot blowout. I mean, check out the waves she created on my hair. Make sure to check her out at Studio Chroma Inc. located in the heart of Coral Gables Miracle Mile.
